Utrecht International Center
The Utrecht International Center (UIC) is the official starting point and trusted guide for internationals in the Utrecht Region.
From arranging formalities such as IND procedures and municipal registration to answering questions about everyday life in the Netherlands, UIC supports newcomers as well as those already established in the region.

EU migrant workers
Since 2024, the WIN information point has also been part of the UIC, providing accessible information for EU migrant workers in the Utrecht Region about working and living in the Netherlands. The WIN Information Point can be reached via the City Office, online, by telephone, through mobile information points, and on site at employers’ or labour‑hire agencies’ locations.
